By downloading, installing, or using the “A&E Waiting Times” mobile application (known as “急症室實時輪候時間” on Android and “急症室輪候時間” on iOS) (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Steven Tsui grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You are not allowed to copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App or any part of it.
All trademarks, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the App belong to Steven Tsui. The App name and logo may not be used without prior written permission.
The App retrieves real-time data provided as open data on DATA.GOV.HK[](https://data.gov.hk) under the terms and conditions published by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The data is for reference only. Steven Tsui does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of the data. You use the information at your own risk.
The App is provided “as is” without any warranty. Steven Tsui shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the App or reliance on the data.
The App requires an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). You are responsible for any data charges incurred from your mobile network provider.
Steven Tsui may update or discontinue the App at any time without notice. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
