Steven Tsui built the “A&E Waiting Times” mobile application (known as “急症室實時輪候時間” on Android and “急症室輪候時間” on iOS) (“the App”) as a free, ad-supported service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you use our Service. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
For a better user experience, the App may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information. Any information requested is stored locally on your device and is not collected or stored by us on any server.
The personal information we collect is used solely to provide, maintain, and improve the App. The App may use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third parties except as explicitly stated in this Privacy Policy.
When you use the App, in the event of an error or crash, we may automatically collect Log Data through our systems. This Log Data may include information such as your device IP address, device name, operating system version, App configuration, time and date of use, and other diagnostic statistics. These data are used only for troubleshooting and improving the App’s performance.

While the App itself does not explicitly use cookies, it may indirectly use similar technologies to enhance service quality. You may choose to accept or refuse cookies. The App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it from our systems. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the App after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
